Bohemian Baddie is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise. For this reason, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. In the event you have received damaged merchandise, please contact me directly. I want you to love your purchases so I will do my best to work something out with you!

Bohemian Baddie is not responsible for: Delays or any additional fees associated with USPS or customs.

We will not give partial or full refunds for items with slight imperfections that are discovered by you at home.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. At Bohemian Baddie, we try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos, videos, listings, live sales (FB & IG). Customers understand the items may vary slightly due to the uniqueness of each stone, and differences in screen coloring.
